Construction of Vibrated cement concrete Open Drain as per design with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 Nominal Mix of VCC (1:2:4), coarse and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate using 60% of 20 mm HBG MC metal and 40% of 12 mm HBG MC metal , mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and using approved nominal mix, laid in approved fixed side form work for centering of Drain wall on both sides , spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using 60 mm Needle vibrators and finished, curing of CC Drain for 14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.22 excluding seignorage charges. for CC Open Drain Walls including over head charges & contractors profit at 13.615%

Plastering the Bottom of CC Open drain with CM (1:5) 12mm thick as per SS : 903 including Cost and Conveyance of all materials and labour charges, inclusive of all water leads, curing etc. complete excluding seigniorage charges and including over head charges & contractors profit at 13.615% for drain bottom

Construction of Vibrated Reinforced cement concrete for cover slabs (each slab of 0.60 m length and 100 mm thick) to Open Drain as per design with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 Nominal Mix of V RCC (1:2:4), coarse and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate using 60% of 20 mm HBG MC metal and 40% of 12 mm HBG MC metal, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and using approved nominal mix, laid in approved fixed side form work , spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using 40 mm Needle vibrators and finished, curing of CC Drain for 14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.22 excluding seignorage charges. for Cover slab to CC Open Drain including overhead charges & contractors profit at 13.615%

High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including soverhead charges & Contractors profit, inlcuding GST and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126) including over head charges & contractors profit at 13.615%
