Providing and fixing factory made polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Door Frame of the size 50 x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 10 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and joined with 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S. Square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. Providing and fixing f 30mm thick soild panel door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top and bottom rails MS frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture M.S frame shall be covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded FVC C channnel of size 30 x 60mm forming sites, and 5 mm thick, 75 mm wide PVC sheets as gap instert for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm ( 5mm x2) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail.
