PROVIDING WATER SUPPLY;Construction of 20 KL OHSR with 9.40 M Staging:- Construction of circular 20000 litres capacity 9.40 m staging M30 Grade VRCC elevated service reservoir with VRCC roof at having inside diameter of 4.0 mts and 2.00 mts side wall depth, the dead storage being 0.15 mts. above bottom ring girder top with single compartment and capable of holding 20000 lts. and withstanding a wind pressure of 150Kg per sqm Rateshall be inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint to inner surface of the reservoir including roof dome. Rate shall be inclusive of 2 coats of weather proof emulsion painting over primary coat for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves and jointing materials etc., for pipe connections but excluding cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and tentive drawings enclosed Following fixtures are also inclusive and testing OHSR for water proof as per standred procedure 1.RCC/aluminium Ladder 0.60M wide 2. Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200 KL 3. Lightening arrester inducting Conductor earthing etc., 4. RCC ventilator with copper or Stainless steel fly proof mesh 5. DI Man hole frame & Cover 0.60x0.60m (Light duty) as per IS specifications- 2 Nos 6. Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite /copper float of approved pattern - 1 No 7. The ladder shall be with MS ladder and verticals with HDPE of 10 kg/sqcm shall be provided for single column OHSRs only 8. D.I.Swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab The rate incusive of three coats of epoxy paint food grade of best quality to inner surface of the reservoir including roof The rate including 2 coats of weather proof emulsion painting for external surfaces and lettering The rate including providing all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections but excluding cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental design and drawings. All valves near inlet, outlet and for scour of ELSRs shall be DI valves of heavy duty confirming to the specification of SOR item No.28 (including CP at 13.615%)

PROVIDING WATER SUPPLY;Providing Household Tap connections - 14 Nos:- 1) Supply and fixing of House service connections (PP Saddle) PP Clamp Saddles -PP Clamp Saddles shall be maunfactured by injection moulding using virgin polypropylene. Mechanical tapping saddles for water water works purposes anddesigned for use PVC/PE pipe as per IS 4985/IS4984 respectively.The PP Clam Saddle fittings shall be moulded with SS 304/Nickel plated brass female threddimension shall conform to IS 554/ISO-7. Adequate thickness of PP shall be provided to hold brass insert in place and avaid leakage while pressure applications. Fasteners shall bethreaded type, with SS . Fasteners of size 125mm and above .The grade of raw material used must be certified by WRAS, UK for typetest as per BS6920 from their certified Laboratories like NSF International Ltd. UK and certificate of compliance to be produced for the following parameters:1) Odour & Flavour of water II) Appearance of water III)Growth of Micro Organism iv) Extraction of Substances that may be of Concern to publichealth (Cyto toxicity) v) Extraction of Metals (as per SOR 21-22 ) excluding GST -51 Nos 2)Cost,Supply , Delivery and fixing of compression fittings shall comply with ISO 17885 2015,PN -16 rating and manufactured from virgin resin of PE-80 having blue colour,. Raw material must be WRAS approved as per BS 6920 for human consumption. Compression fittings should have moulded in SS 304 threaded insert outlet with thread dimension conforming to IS 554/IS07.
