Water Supply Work;Construction of pipelines for water supply with 90mm dia, 6Kg/Cm2 HDPE PE-100 grade pipes as per IS Specifications, with its latest amendments and revisions thereon, including supplying of pipes, necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc., lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, trench excavation of 0.7 x 1.00 mts . Earth work exvacation in all soils upto SDR using 2/3rd machinery and 1/3rd manual for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified in Technical specifications (Part-B-Volume-I) and as per drawing (Part C-Volume-1). The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, but excluding GST and seignourage charges but including Overheads and contractors profit @ 13.615%.

Water Supply Work;Supply and delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent as per IS:1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns)- RAL 5005 with Pocket Less Straight through body Passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS:1538, construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC manhole cover with locking arrangements etc., complete for finished item of work.
