Collection & Supply of material containing of Selected earth having aggregates of 9.5 mm to 4.75 mm sizeto obtain CBR Value not less than 10 and plasticity index 6% in soaked condition when compacted including cost, conveyance, seigniorage and labour charges and stacking to Departmental guage for pre measurements as per MORD standards for Sub Base as per Technical Specification clause 402 MORD towards construction of Sub-base

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M15 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:2:4) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 20mm size Hard Blasted Granite (IS383, 1970) Machine Crushed graded metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing, laying, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)

Terrace/Roof Slab Water Proofing 1. Cleaning: Cleaning the surface by wire brushing, Hammer Tapping and other mechanical procedures remove laitance, loose flaky particles, loose aggregate, debonded mortar, grease or old paint, dust, debris, green vegetation, fungi etc. Clean the surface with water jet and prepare the surface clean for treatment. 2. Crack filling: cut open the cracks in V groove shape and filling the crack with Berger PU Sealant 3. Surface Correction: Providing surface correction rectifying surface undulations/slope Corrections, coving in the slab & Parapet wall corners/removing the parapet wall, with Polymer modified mortar using Advanced Latex Plus duly, providing water Spouts and other arrangements ensuring the perfect water draining out from the Slab Terrace/ surface, Providing and laying five layers waterproofing cum heat reflective treatment 4. First Layer - Supply and Apply penetrative cum bonding primer as base primer cum sealer Coat using Advanced Latex Plus This compound shall be applied with Sufficient thickness to cover the holes/pores/cracks @ 1.000 Liter / SQM (0.350 Lt of Latex Polymer / SQM). 5. Second Layer – Application of non-woven 45 GSM mesh with a minimum over lap of 100 Mm embedded in the primer coat 6. Third Layer - Supply and apply of bonding cum water tight acrylic high viscous white Primer WC Roof guard @ 0.250 Kg / SQM (dilution or modification not Recommended). 7. Fourth Layer – Supply and apply of Berger HS Damp Shield Elasto @ 0.500 Kg / SQM (Dilution or modification not recommended). 8. Fifth Layer - Supply and apply of WC Roof Guard @ 0.500 Kg / SQM (dilution Or modification not recommended).
