Augmentation of existing water supply scheme;Construction of Function Hold Tap Connections (FHTC) with supply & fixing of PP Clamp Saddle manufactured by injection moulding (virgin resin of PE-80/PE-100 having blue /black colour using food grade compound raw material with quality assurance cerificate for usage in drinking water system and having working pressure of 10 bar for 65 to 180mm dia main with 1/2" service connection) and supply and fixing of required materials such as Non-return cum flow control valve (with all three parts made by using solid steel bars of 316, wth CNC machine make and of 15mm dia designed for 5 LPM discharge @ 0.50 bar pressure loss, not exceeding the flow of 7 LPM at 1 bar pressure and working on float principle as per CPHEO manual), compression fittings (ISO:17885-2015, PN 16 rating and manufactured from virgin resin of PE-80/PE100 having blue colour. Augmentation of existing water supply scheme;Construction of pipelines for water supply with 63mm dia 6 Kg/Cm2 HDPE PE-100 grade pipes as per IS Specifications, with its amendments and revisions thereon including supplying of pipes,necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc., lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, toal trench excavation manual for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified in Technical specifications (Part-B, Volume-I) and as per drawing (Part-C, Volume-1). The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, but excluding GST and Seigniorge charges, including overheads and contractor's profit @ 13.615%
