Nit 92 /ATO/2024-25 dated 26.11.2024 :Construction of Retaining wall along the road from Pathampparru to Jayapuram 0/100 to 0/150KM of Pedpadu Mandal (3rd call) Est.Rs.10.00Lakhs Grant : 23%ZPGF Providing 375mm dia RCC SUR Piles of 3.00 m deep with RCC M20 Grade Nominal mix corresponding to Table 9 of IRC 456 using 20 mm size grade m/c HBG metal from approved quarry rate including cost of Augoring and boring of holes for Bored cast - in - situ RCC piles for building foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils with under reamers as per IS 2911 - 1980 as per approved designs including all operations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of Machinery, auger bore drill and shell eqipment etc. but excluding cost of steel complete for all depths and for finished item of works for piles 375mm dia piles upto 3 mts depth, including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and Seignorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing concrete for plain concrete M 10 grade in open foundations using 40 mm nominal size HBG M/C Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days, all incidental charges i.e., bailing out water etc., complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH, including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST & Seignorage Charges for Leveling Coarse for plinth Beams.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100, 1600 MORTH for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit, excluding GST etc., complete FOR FOUNDATION
