40 KL capacity OHSR of 12.90 mts staging with M30 grade design mix at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SOR 2021-22. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges and all taxes, duties and levies, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615%. 1). All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix. 2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including bottom of roof. 4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections including cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 200 KMPH .
