Play Equipment Specifications 1. Metal:- The pipes should be of ‘C’ class of Jindal/TATA make of Galvanized with minimum of 800 microns ionized coated and zinc dipped joint with robotic welded. Prior to finishing all welded joints should scalloped as necessary and welded to an approved MIG process should dressed of removing all sharp edges and burrs. All pipes and metal parts should be applied Itch Primer then apply powder coated using standard powder of imported paints with international standards to the total thickness should not be less than 80 microns of. All metal parts should be tested accordance to ISO 7227. 2. Plastic:- All plastic parts should solid polyethylene and UV- stabilized (LLDP) should be used. 3. Safety &maintenance:- All products of equipment should be tested as per EN 16630 safety norms and certificates should be issued by the reputed notified national/international certified agency i.e., IPEMA, TUV, CPSC, SGS, Euro Tech, Universal Registrars and clearly display the GS test mark on the product as per EN 16630 safety certificates. Maintenance should be followed as per EN 16630 guidelines. The equipment should be with stand for the weight of user more than 100.00 Kg. Note:- 1. Size of the equipment mentioned and reach must be maintained about plus or minus 15% variation will be considered provided they shall be confirmed to standards of ISI or international equivalent standard certifications as per document listed S.No.7(e) of data sheet. 2.
