Chipping and cleaning of inside and out side by the water tank using chipping sizels,after chipping provide Sand Blasting by using sand blasting offer nozels with pressour of 5 kg to 6 Kg using air compressor, after sand blasting provide Nitopon Zinc Primery to exposed reinforcement, after sand blasting provide Guniting to slab by using cement mortar (1:3) and conplast.mix in water by using Guniting Machine twin water tank, line up with 5 to 6 Kg pressor using air compressor.excluding scafffolding as directed by the dept officer.

Grouting inside loose portion, drilling holes with drilling machine and fixing PVC pipe fix with rondroc plug and pumping cement mortar to inside holes and mix in cement mortar of conplast with grouting machine and finish holes with rondroc plug

Supply and placing of the VRCC M-25 Grade Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.
