Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Collection, supply and filling of Stone crusher dust finer than 3mm with not more than 10% passing 0.075 sieve including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, watering and compacting etc., complete as per ss under bed concrete

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm HBG metal with concrete mixture including cost and convayance of all materials, labour charges, machine mixing charges, and curing charges etc., complete as per S.S.

Vibrated cement concrete M 30 grade design mix using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, ting, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for C.C Pavement.

VRCC M30 Nominal mix (cement fine aggregate course aggregate) corresponding to table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (course aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) course aggregate, warer etc., to site adn including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabircation charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering for culvert slabs.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS and as Directed by the Departmental Authroties.( APSS No.126)

Supply of Bitumenious hot sealing compound (Grade 'A' ISI) / polysulphide and sealing the joints including cost and conveyance of all material etc., including labour charges for placing in position for contraction joints at-4.50 M interval / for expansion joints/ for longitudinal joints Os per MORTH specification No. 602

Supply of 25 mm thick high performance, expansion joint filler board ( SILFLEXCAPELL HD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25 mm below top of pavement slab, sealing with bituminous hot sealing compund (Grade 'A' ISI)/ polysulphide at 50 m interval in CC pavement including cost and conveyace of all materials and labour charges for placing in position for expansion joints conforming to MORTH specification . -1 Rmt of joint length I) 150 mm thick slab.
