Supply and delivery of PN 1.6 Bar "Resilient seated soft sealing" Gate valves (Sluice valves) with body & bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/ SG 400/15 or - 50SG-500/7 or equivalent as per I.S.1865, IS 3896-2 & wedge fully rubber lined with food grade quality grade W270 Grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle and Nut without gland packing with 3-0 ring protection system on the shaft and seals of NBR. The valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163 type A/IS 14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket (Min 250 microns) RAL 5005 with pocket less straight through body passage conforming to design standards of DIN 3202 F 4 BS 5163 Type A flange drilling as per IS:1538 including transportation complete. (Makes : AVK/VAG/DURGA/ IVC (or) approved make by department authorities and with Necessary Cap, Extension rods as per site requirements)

Labour charges for lowering and keeping in position 150 mm dia C.I./DI Sluice valves(with cap/with hand wheel), reflux valves and scour valves. including cost of jointing materials such as nuts & bolts,rubber insertion sluice valves and tail pieces.
