Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at once and compacting with Hand roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD. with Quarry Rubbish etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding siegniorage charges.

P.C.C.(1:4:8) using 40mm HBG metal from approved quarry including cost, conveyance of all materials to work site, labour charge, mixing with machine, laying in position, ramming, neat finishing, curing etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer-in-charge of work. But excluding Seigniorage charge.

Plain Cement concrete Naminal Mix (1:2:4) nominal mix using using 20 mm HBG metal with machine mixing.HG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding seignorage charges, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, excluding contractors profit on excluding seignorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work etc., complete as per SS. for drain bed

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Unit = cum Taking output = 75 cum (172.50 t)(100 x 3.75 x 0.200)

Providing Vaccum Dewatered Flooring (VDF) services including leveling the concrete to be followed by placement of the bottom and top mats,operation of the vaccum machine to release the excess free water in the concrete, removal of the mat after completion of dewatering process,conduction of the initial floating using power floater followed by finishing using power trowel of adquate capacity,the rate is not inclusive of pin vibration of the concrete,placement of the concrete and / or provision of the special toppings,but including hire and operational charges of Generator of adequate capacity and other T&P and labour charges for all operations etc., complete.
