Supply and placing of the M-25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500 / Fe 500D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Brick masonry for walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: (Cement : Sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504)

Plastering with CM (1:5) prop., 12mm thick smooth finish including cost & conveyance of all materials to site, finishing, curing scaffolding and all operational, including charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work - Internal.

Plastering with CM (1:3) prop., 12 mm thick, with sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, tools and plants, labour charges, leads, lifts, curing, scaffolding and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work- External.

Flooring with non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs as approved by Engineer-in-charge, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, screened sand, water and tiles etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No.701 & 707)

Providing dadooing with glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 300x450 mm/320 mmx400 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs with borders as approved by Engineer-in-Charge flushed to wall surface set over base coat of CM(1:5) 12 mm thick using screened sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of exterior grade II and two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or plaster of paris putty or lime punning of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for Internal walls for internal walls

Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or equivalent putty such as birla wall care putty or texture paint or equivalent such as NCL/ Saicoat texture paint of average 2 to 3 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying putty/ texture paint filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for external walls - excluding cost of access scaffolding for external walls

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand over 1 coat of Cement Primer and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand over 1 coat of Cement Primer and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Double Chamber Cremation :: Furnace Supply & Construction of Double Chamber Quantity One (1) Set Primary Chamber: Shall have the inner dimensions of 1000mm X 1250mm X 2850mm fabricated out of heavy-duty (heavy-gauge) Mild Steel (IS 2062) of minimum 5mm thick and provided with necessary openings of LPG burners and for feeding body. The casing of Furnace shall have insulated internal refractory lining constructed with High Quality Fire Bricks (High Alumina) of IS-6 & 15-8 Classifications to withstand temperature of up to 1200-C and shall be of minimum 90mm thickness with Alumina content not less than 42% in primary chamber ensuring a self- supporting interlocked arrangement and casted with refractory cement. Moderate Heat Duty fire bricks shall be used to ensure minimum heat loss The Insulation material shall conform to IS-2042 & of superior (low) thermal insulation material to reduce heat losses Temperature in primary chamber 850 +-50 C Secondary Chamber: Shall be of sufficient size so that a residence time of at least 1 second at 1200°C is provided for the exit gases from the primary chamber to get exposed to the flame of the after burner. The Secondary Chamber shall have fully insulated refractory lining constructed with High Quality Fire Bricks (High Alumina) of 15- 6 & 15-8 Classifications to withstand temperature of up to 1200°C and shall be of minimum 90mm thickness with Alumina content not less than 63% to get high resistance to abrasion and thermal shock and casted with refractory cement. Moderate Heat Duty fire bricks shall be used to ensure minimum heat loss. The preferable outside of the furnace shall be 12'X 8' X 6' The furnace shall have ceramic tile finishing on the outer side giving a professional finish to the equipment.
