Supply and delivery of MS dowel bars S-240 garde including cost and conveyance placing dowel bars in posiation etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing Vaccum Dewatering flooring including levelling the concrete to be followed by placement of the bottom and top mats operation of vaccum machine to release the excess free water in the concrete conduction of the intial floating using power trowel of adequate capacity etc.. including hire and operational charges of generator of adequate capacity and other T&P and labour charges of all operations etc.. complete as per ss and as directed by the department officer - in - charge of work.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at once and compacting with hand ramming to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work. Clause 408 MORD. with GRAVEL
