Constructing 904.0 mm (3‟0”) dia brick masonry inspection chamber as per IS - 4111: Part-1:1986 with cement mortar (1:6) prop using 2nd Class Clay Bricks of 225 mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sq.mmincluding plastering with cement mortar 1:3 prop; ½” thick both inside and outside fitted with 20” dia RCC manhole covers and frames including excavating pits up to a depth of 904 mm (3'-0") in all sorts of soils (excluding rock) and laying cement concrete (1:4:8) 150 mm thick using 40 mm HBG Metal and P.C.C. 1:2:4 benching and channel 100 mm thick as per Standard specificationandincluding cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost of seignioragecharges on all materials and all incidental andoperational, abour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard specification. Carting of surplus excavated rock/Soil within a lead of 1Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

Collection , supply & filling sand including cost and conveyance of all materias and labour charges including watering, tamping, etc complete

BLD-CSTN-2-8 (16): Collection ,Supply and filling with HBG stone chips 2.36 mm & below from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications. Supplying and fixing of 100mm dia PVC pipes for weep holes including material, labour charges like cutting size, fixing in side wall etc as directed by Engineer- in- charge

Constructing 457.2 mm x 457.2 mm (1'6"x1'6") brick in CM 1:6 prop. Masonry. Inspection chamber up to 914.4 mm (3'0") and fitted with light weight 457.2 mm x 457.2 mm (1'6"x1'6") C.I frame andcover of 20 Kg.

BLD-CSTN-3-5 (22) : Plain Cement concrete nominal mix (1:4:8) prop (Cement : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate ) using 40mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.for foundation and under flooring bed.

Dewatering pipe line trenches etc, duly bailing out water from the pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pumpsets, including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for Driver and Helper and all other incidental and operational charges including suction and delivery hose, lead of drain in to natural drain etc, complete.

Centering area of CC/RCC Vertical Walls of Drains( for both sides centering for walls) as per GO.Ms.No211 dt 15.12.2017

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 152.4 mm SWG SP-1 pipes of ISI make conforming to ISI 651 & 4127 with airtight cement joints in CM 1.5:1 prop. including excavation of trenches and socket pits in any soil (except rock requiring blasting) up to 1524 mm(5'0") depth and refilling with watering and tamping.

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site , excluding Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work. without Formwork
