Major Culvert;Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 2.0 KM beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance and spreading the same in low laying areas etc., complete to relevant standard specifications and as directed by the officer-in-charge of the work.

Major Culvert;Providing Crusher Dust Filling in foundations from approved source as per drawing and technical specification this rate including cost and convenyance of materials, damping, watering and all incidental charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the departmetnal officer incharge of the work. But excluding seigniorage charges.

Major Culvert;Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete in (1:4:8) prop. Using 40mm graded HBG metal including cost and conveynace of materials to site inclding seignorage fee machine mixing concrete laying tamping, vibrating, watering curing and all labour charge hire and oprational charges of mechinery water lead chagres and including bailing of water etc., complete for finished item of work

Major Culvert;Vibrated reinforced cement concrete (R.C.C. grade M 30 Design Mix) using 20 mm Graded Metal (MORTH 12.8 G)using 20 mm graded HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials land labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating and curing etc. including all other incidental charges of all T&P etc. for finished item of work as per MoRTH apecifications 1500, 1700, 2100 and 2702 and as directed by the depermental engineers in charge.

Major Culvert;Supplying, fitting and placing FE 415 grHYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100, 1600 MORTH for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not weldeD etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Major Culvert;Providing concrete for plain concrete M 10 grade in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size hard stone aggregate (HBG), mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc.

Major Culvert;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Major Culvert;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.
