Supply & Delivery of Tamper Proof DI Flanged Single Chamber Air Release Valves with body & cover made of Ductile Iron Grade GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder Coating(EP-P) (Min:250 Micron) inside and Outside of Color Blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as Float, shell, Cove Bolts etc. made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316 and DN 50 float of and other components with /PTFE/EPDM/NBR and generally conforming to DIN/BIS/AWWA tandards (or) combination Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 including transportation and other incidental charges etc complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of work. for 50mm dia DI air valve PN.1.6

Labor charges for fixing of 50MM dia Air valves including boring the mains and threading the borefixing nipple including cost of all labour charges other incidental charges etc complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental offices incharge of work

Supply and delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The Valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns)- RAL 5005 with Pocket Less Straight through body Passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 including transportation and other incidental charges etc complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental offices incharge of work as follows For 300mm Sluice valve PN 1.6 Mpa

Providing 15 mm dia House Service Connection as per standard specification including the cost of the materials like Clamp Saddle, Ferrule Tapping Saddle confirming to I.S stadard manufactured from virgin resin of PE-80, Compression Elbows, MDPE PE100 Pipe including lowering, laying and jointing including earth work excavation,UPVC Casing pipe with Two Calmps for drain crossings,Drilling of Holes for RR Masonary and CC Walls, Boring&Tunneling below CC & BT Roads, saw cutting of groves in CC Roads and refilling the pipe line trench after laying the pipe line and including cost of 15mm dia meter of BIS standard etc complete as directed by departmental officer for finished item of work.( CC Roads and BT Roads should not be distrubed).Provide 4.00 mtr length MDPE pipe for House side conncetions and 7.00 mts length MDPE pipe at opposite side to be laid and other incidental charges etc complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work
