Flooring with chequrred terrazzo tiles of 22 mm thick (medium shade) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including near cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, ias per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges

Providing Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - One Coat - For Old Iron Work. The rate cinluding cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Painting ot New Walls with Two coats of Plastic Emalusion paint of Approved Brand and shade after throughly Brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered meterials cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc., As per S.S.911 and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work for external walls
