Earth work excavation Ordinary Soil - Manual Means up to 3m depth for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH. and as directed by the Engineering-in -charge of the work

Supply and filling with Crusher Stone Dust complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of Crusher Stone Dust to site to work labour charges watering tamping, ramming etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard, machine crushed granite from approved quarry using concrete Mixer 10 / 7 cft (0.2 / 0.8 cum) capacity including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site including all charges for machine mixing and hire charges of concrete mixer, laying concrete finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. and as directed by the Engineering-in -charge of the work

Providing RCC M 20 Nominal Mix using 20 mm metal and using concte mixer as approved by the department including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, machine mixing of concrete, all lifts, leads, delifts, laying in position, vibrating, compacting, curing, removal of centering, all labour charges, tools and plants, and all other incidental and operational charges excluding Steel, centering charges etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Centering Charges for RCC vertical walls of plane surface including open drains of 600mm size and above including conveyance charges for transporting materials to site to work etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) bars ( (Fe 500/500D grade as per IS 1786-1979)) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work. and as directed by the Engineering-in -charge of the work

Supplying and fixing of Gate / Grills, Iron Doors, Windows including labour charges for fabricating steel works like including cost of welding rods, power charges, cost of fixing in position etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, electrodes, welding charges, cost of all consumables, labour charges, overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work. and as directed by the Engineering-in -charge of the work

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBT (Trap) material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBT (Trap) crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification (5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Construction of VCC M30 grade design mix un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per IS codes, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification (Note: - Payment will be released only after satisfactory core results of the concrete strength for 28 days as per IS code)

Supply and Filling of Side Berms with Gravel complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of Gravel to site to work Labour charges, Watering tamping, ramming etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Carting away of Surplus excavated earth / Dismantling Materials with a lead of 1.00 Kms including loading and unloading & conveyance charges for machinery per kilometer for transporting materials by tippers and trucks excluding loading, unloading and idle hire charges of machinery. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
