Providing Plain cement concrete M15 grade nominal mix (1:2:4) as approved by the department using 20 mm graded hard granite machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, machine mixing of concrete, all lifts, leads, delifts, centering, laying in position, vibrating, compacting, curing, removal of centering, all labour charges, tools and plants, and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge (concrete machine mixing)

Providing Plain cement concrete M20 grade nominal mix (1:2:4) as approved by the department using 20 mm graded hard granite machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, machine mixing of concrete, all lifts, leads, delifts, centering, laying in position, vibrating, compacting, curing, removal of centering, all labour charges, tools and plants, and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge (concrete machine mixing).for C.C Drain up to 600 mm size.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. (CC pavement)

(BLD-CSTN 6-1) Plastering with CM (1:3) prop., 12 mm thick, with sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, tools and plants, labour charges, leads, lifts, curing, scaffolding and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Treating the pavement by the method of dewatering of surplus water from the concrete immediately after placing and vibrating to reduce the water cement ration to an optimum level by means of suitable equipments such as vacum pump surface vibrator, suction mat, filter pads, skin floater, etc., to achive high strength of concrete with side forms as MS channels etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Carting away the surplus excavated material i.e., earth from the site to a suitable distance of about 5 kms including loading, unloading, conveyance, labour charges, all leads and lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.
