Renovation of Bapuji Kalamandir building;Providing floring with Vitrified tiles of 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC Roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30kgs per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work, and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Renovation of Bapuji Kalamandir building;Providing dadooing to internal walls with ceramic tiles 7.30 mm thick length equal to flooring stones, set over base coat of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete including seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials

Renovation of Bapuji Kalamandir building;Providing impervious (Accoproof) coat to exposed RCC Roof slab surface with C.M (1:3) mix 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per Bag of Cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seignorage charges, including conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidential and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, round off junctions of wall and slab etc,. complete for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Renovation of Bapuji Kalamandir building;Providing & Placing on Terrace(at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank with Double layer approved brand & manufacture with cover and suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet & outlets and over flow pipes but without fittings & base support for tanks

Renovation of Bapuji Kalamandir building;Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of grade I and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for internal walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Renovation of Bapuji Kalamandir building;Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of exterior grade II and two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Renovation of Bapuji Kalamandir building;Supply and fixing of window size 1.20x1.35 mt with sal wood frame of size 100x65mm with verticals mullions dividing the frame into 3verticals panels @ 1/3 rd 2/3 and shutters consists of styles & rails of size 30x45 mm further the extreme shuttrs are divided in two halves inserted with bison panel of 12mm thick & the center panel with fixed glassed i.e., of saint gobian ;pin headed glass of 4mm thick embedded in teak wood shutter frame. The widow frame should be provided with grill, including cost of MA Z hold fasts 4no's of 300x40x5mm size and costof butt hinges MS (powder coated) of 125mm long as per IS 208-4no's (i.e., 1no per each shutter) including labour charges for fixing framer & shutter in posion, applying a coat of tar on frame on wall side including conveynance of all materials to site,. etc., complete
