Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;(Wet Mix Macadom) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH etc., complete and asper directed by Engineer in charge of the work.

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;Construction of un-reinforced at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.etc., complete as per direted by Engineer-in-charge of the work

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;Dismantling of Cement Concrete existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH etc., complete as per directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH Manual Means 30% etc., complete and asper directed by Engineer in charge of the work.

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH Manual Means 70% etc., complete and asper directed by Engineer in charge of the work.

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;Sand filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH and excluding Seignorage charges and GST etc. complete and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;Vibrated Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 60% of 20mm and 40% of 12.5mm (SS-5) HBG M/c graded metal and OPC Course and Fine aggregates conforming to IS:383 including labour charges, machine mixing, vibrating, centering, laying in position curing for 21days including centering charges as per APSS 402 etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work for CC Bed

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;Plastering 12 mm thick to Drains in C.M. (1:3) using with OPC Cement asper sponze finishing including cost & conveyance of all materials to site, tools and plants, labour charges, leads, lifts, curing, scoffolding and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete and as finished item of work and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) Steel bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786 - 1979) of different diameters for RCC Works, including labour charges for straightening, Cutting, Bending to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved desings and drawing including cost and conveyence of Steel bars including all wastages such as overlaps couplings, chairs, spacer bars incidental, operational labour charges such as cutting, bending placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on cost of all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Laying of CC Road, CC Drain and RCC Culvert from Valisab Road Interconnection;VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering and excluding Seignorage charges and GST etc., complete and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work
