Supplying fitting and placing FE 500 grade HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100,1600 MORTH for bars below 36mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge of th work.

Brick masonry with CM (1:6) prop : (cement:sand) using second class bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand,bricks, water etc., to site, including all materials and such as labour charges like mixing cement mortor, constructing masonry, curing for finished item of work etc complete as per ss as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work. But excluding seigniorage charges.

Plastering with cement mortor (1:3), 12mm thk on RCC work as per technical specification section 1300 & 2200 MORTH including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing cement mortor, laying, finishing the surface true to alignment and curing as per ss and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work. But excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing imprervious coat to exposed brick work surfaces with CM (1:3) prop 20mm thick average mixed with 1 kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, including cost of all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges mixing for mortar laying rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of walls and slab for finished item of work etc., complete but excluding seignorage charges and as directed as per ss etc complete by the departmental officer incharges of the work.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG metal, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, laying concrete, machine mixing charges, compacting finishing curing etc., for foundations and other incidental charges etc complete as per ss and as directed by the departmetnal officer incharge of the work. But excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casementcum fixed glazed door comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sashand mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC (profile),uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle one each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking havingtransmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weatherproof silicone sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealant. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
