Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including steel and other taxes on all materials etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Supply and fixing of CENTURYWELLS or equivalent Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.50mm thickness, Coating : Alu_Zinc coating AZ 150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Reguar Modified Polyester painting. Painting Thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours including necedssary G.I. scan bolts, nuts, G.I. 'J' Bolts, limpet washers and bitumen washers etc. complete as per S.S. and as directed by the Departmental Officer incharge of work.

Manufacturing, supply, delivery and fixing of M.S. Pipe including welding and fabrication charges and all labour charges etc. complete as per S.S. and as directed by the Site Engineer.

Providing Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class etc. complete Including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Plastering with CM (1:4), 20mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site excluding seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidential charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

Plastering / Ornamental ceiling plastering 12mm thick single coat in CM 1:6 excluding cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site including and all operational, incidential charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

Manufacturing, Supply, delivery and fixing of MS doors with 50x50x6mm size equal angular frame and 25x25x5mm size equal angular frame for shutters vertical and horizental posts 4 bays and fixing the 16guage C.R. sheet including cost of 1No. of aldrop and 3Nos. of tower bolts and hinges 6Nos. including all fabrication, welding charges and cost and conveyance to work spot and all labour charges and fixing in position with all accessories and painting with one coat of redoxide paint etc.complete as per SS and as directed by the site engineer.

Exterior walls are painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of ready mixed oil bound wahsable distemper of approved brand and shade over a one coat of base coat, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Providing Flooring with vitrified tiles of 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, excluding seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work, as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two coats for new Iron work of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911
