NA;Providing Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class etc. complete Including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing Plastering with CM (1:4), 12mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site excluding seigniorage charges on all materials, Including all operational, incidential charges on materials and cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

NA;Carting away of excavated earth / debries to a lead of 2KM (the rate including conveyance charges, labour charges for loading, unloading charges) including ideal hire charges of truck etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities of the work.

NA;Supply delivery and fixing of Plumbing items like Couplings, Elbows, PVC Solvents, T Joints and charges for removing old damaged pipe etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Charges for Cutting, Connecting and Cleaning of old Sewer Lines to existing Manhole with Suitable Material etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Charges for Cleaning of Septic Tank and carting of excreta to dump yard including loading and unloading and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing RCC Grade M20 (nominal mix) with minimum Cement of 350 Kgs/ Cum of Concrete using 20mm (60%) and 10mm (40%) size graded machine crushed HBG metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all charges for machine mixing laying concrete, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing fo 14 days etc. complete for finished item of workas per S.S. and as directed by the Departmental Authorities for Culvert slabs & bed blocks with form work.

NA;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.
