Providing Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, on all materials including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc. complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work including centering, shuttering, cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer (For Tie BEAM / PLINTH BEAM)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class etc. complete Including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Plastering with CM (1:4), 12mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site excluding seigniorage charges on all materials, Including all operational, incidential charges on materials and cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

Providing Flooring with ceramic tiles, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, excluding seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work, including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Exterior walls are painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls

Providing wall paintings on Compound walls in different pattern, different shades of Mural arts paintings of approved colours and designs of over base coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over priming coat after thoroughly brushing the surfce to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental,scaffolding charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per s s and directed by the departmental authorities.
