NA;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH(CC Work )

NA;Chipping and cleaning for loose portion of damaged part of slabs, beams, columns, bottom slab, by using pneumatic Hammers, Sizzels, after cleaning thoroughly jetting water using pressure with Aircompressor, twin water tank, after dry, clean with sand blasting by using sand Hopeer, Aircompressor, hose pipe, Nozzle with pressure of 4 to 5kg, after completion apply Nitobond (Fosroc) or Equilent for exposed reinforcement, after completion of sandblasting, provide Gunting with cement motor 1:4 by adding chemical conplast (Fosroc) or equilent in water (Twinwater tank) with a pressure 4 to 5kg using nozzels, funting hose, phenumatic motor, for entire portion up to thickness as per site condition, cost including sand, cement, chemicals, conveyance labour skilled and unskilled, hire charges of air compressor, Gunting machine, twin water tank, Hose, nozzels, excluding scaffolding, GST including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials,conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., excluding seigniorage charges on all materials. Complete for finished item of work as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.
