Providing BT patch work for pot holes using IRC 40-45mm size HBG crushed metal with required quantity of IRC 10-12mm size HBG crushed metal key chips and 42 Kgs of 80/100 grade bitumen for 1 cum of work for filling the pot holes including removal of loose material in the pot holes, trimming the edges to proide firm vertical faces, cleaning, applying tack coat, filling the pot holes, compacting with PRR and finishing including cost and conveyance of materials, seignorge charges, T & P chares and all labour charges for all opertions etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing BT Wearing coat 20mm thick over the existing BT surface with 0.27 cum of 10-12mm size HG chips per 10sqm,80/100 grade Bitumen per 1cum of chips laid over tack coat of 7.50Kgs of Bitumen per 10sqm ver WBM surface using a total qty of 21.54 kgs of Bitumen 80/100 grade including cost and conveyence of Bitumen and all other labour chargs for brushing cleaning mechanical heating of Bitumen to required temparature mechine mixing of Bitumen and chips spreading the premix to the required camber and rolling with power roller of 8-10 Tonns and hire and operational chargs and T&P etc complete

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared bituminous surface with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) (Bulk) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kgs per sqm cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing B.T. Seal coat with 0.09 cum of 5 to 7mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips per 10sqm including cost and conveyance to road side and stacking to departmental guage for pre-measurements, premixed using a total quantity of 9.80 Kgs. of bitumen 80/100 grade per 10sqm laid simultaneously along with BTSD/BTRC including cost and conveyance of bitumen and all other materials to site and labour charges for brushing, cleaning, mechanically heating of bitumen to the required temperature, machine mixing bitumen and chips, convey the premix to side by wheel borrows, spreading premix, sectioning to the required camber and rolling with 8-10 tonne power road roller and hire and operational charges of T&P and power road roller, barricading and diversion of traffic, providing caution boards and banner flags during day time and danger lights during night time etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS No.1512.

Cutting and removing of damaged 900mm dia DI pipe and cleaning with gas cutter and with Grinding Machine porkers and Hammers with out damaging another existing Joint either sides and laying with New DI Pipe with specialised mechanical joints on both sides including cost of pipe,Mechanical joints,making charges,fitting charges, hire charges of grinbding Machine labour charges for skilled and un skille labours including all other incidental and opertional charges etc., completed with in stipulated period time as directed by the departmental offices (including onveyance)

Manufacture, supply, delivery, fabrication and errection at site of M.S Pipes and Specials made with 10mm thick MS Plate including painting with one coat of redoxide ,two coats of anty corrosie paint including cost of material, cutting , welding, bending, and fabrication charges, including transportaion, loading, unloading, at work spot.as directed by the departemental authorites.

Providing inter connection between existing 900mm Dia PSC pipeline and newly laid DI Pipe line including of all necessary interconnection materials and labour charges and men and machinery etc . Complete as per APSS and as per directions of Engineer incharge

Constrution of Granular Sub base by providing HBG Material confirming to Grading-V of MORT &H Table400-1 including cost and conveyance of all matera:ls to work site and spreading uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means on prepared surface.mixing by mix in placemethod with rotavator at CIVIC. and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete for finished item of work as per clause 401 MORTH(Sth revision)as directed by the engineer in charge
