Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS 1) (Bulk) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRT&H specification No 502 MORTH.(5th Revision) (5 th version) as directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared Granular surface treated with bitumen emulsion (RS 1) (Bulk) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of workas per MoRT&H specification 503.2 (5 th version) as directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Providing and laying of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT&H Specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG 30 grade @ 4.50% of weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary including cost of (excluding seigniorage) charges of all materials etc., complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification No. 505 (5th Revision)

Providing and laying of Bituminous Concrete with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading – II as per Table 500-17 of specification 507 of MoRT&H (5th revision), premixed with Bituminous binder of VG 30 Grade @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification 507 (5th revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Delivery of Quarry Dust from approved quarry including cost and convayence of all materials and labour chargs staking at site to dept.guage including sectioning sperading watering etc complete

Manufacture as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of Manhole covers and Frames with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site but excluding all taxes.For HD 35mm with 560mm dia clear opening.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (1.2.4) in using 20, 10mm mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, and compacted by vibration including curing, complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH With Form Work.

Carting away the surplus earth, cement concrete and stone debris from the work site with a lead of 2KM beyond initial lead incl. Loading, unloading and conveyance etc., complete as directed by dept. authorities as per APSS 38.2
