Exterior walls are painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls

Collection and supply of Red Earth from approved quarry including cost of material, conveyance to work spot and spreading the same irrespective thickness including all labour charges etc complete as directed by the site engineer.

Supply & delivery of specified plants as per directions of officer in charge at site including cost of plants and convyeance of all materials and labour charges etc complete (The various species of Various sizes for mentioned parks are recommended by the concerned).
