Widening of Ambedkar road with BT road;Supply and fixing of moulded shanks raised pavement markers made of poly carbonate and ABS moulded body and pannels with micro presmatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shal support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D4280 type H and complaing to specification of category A of MORTH circular no RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO 111 dt:11.06.97. The high width and length shall not execeed 50mm, 100mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sqm of each side and the slope of base shall the 35+/- 5 degree. the strength of detachment of the inegrated cylindrical shanks from the body is to be minimum value of the 700 Kgs, fixing will be drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside, with out nails and using epoxy resin based adhesiv as per manufacturers recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer

Widening of Ambedkar road with BT road;Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick includig reflectorsing glass beads @ 250gms with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applies glass bead as per IRC:35, the material should be of BERGER company BERGER equivalent / Equivalent brand and must comply with the following: a) white index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consingment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to repalce the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department) b) Luminanace factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c)Crack resistance: The applied danel cured for 7 days under amblent condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, part-1 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion: Strong E) Softening point:102 degree centrigrade F) Dried film finish: Smooth and uniform G) Night vision: High as directed by the Eingieer-in-Charge and confirming to IS"164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997 Taking out put 640 Sq.m

Widening of Ambedkar road with BT road;Providing 25mm thick compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete by hot mix plant using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading-2 as per table 500-15 of specification 508 of MoRT&H (4th Revision), premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 grade @ 5% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification 508 (5th Revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Widening of Ambedkar road with BT road;Providing and laying 50 mm thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of grading-II as per Table 500-7 of MoRTH Specification 504 (5th Revision) premixed with bituminous binde of VG-30 Grade @ 3.4% bt weight of total miture, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieved the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary, as per MoRT&H Specification 504 (5th Revision)

Widening of Ambedkar road with BT road;Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS 1) (Bulk) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Tech. specification No 503 MORTH (5 th version) as directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Widening of Ambedkar road with BT road;Providing laying spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix Mecadam specification 5th Rivision as per table 400-13 including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MORT & H specification 406( 5th revision) for finished item of work

Widening of Ambedkar road with BT road;Conveyance of excavated earth with an average lead of 2 KM including loading, unloading and all other labour charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental authorities.
