Providing laying spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix Mecadam specification 5th Rivision as per table 400-13 including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MORT & H specification 406( 5th rivision) for finished item of work

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS 1) (Bulk) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying emulsion at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using emulsion pressure distributor for finished item of work etc., complete as per MoRT&H specification No 502 MORTH.(5th Revision) (5 th version) as directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared Granular surface treated with bitumen emulsion (RS 1) (Bulk) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of workas per MoRT&H specification 503.2 (5 th version) as directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared Bitumen surface with bitumen emulsion (RS 1) (Bulk) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of workas per MoRT&H specification 503 (5 th version) as directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Providing and laying of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT&H Specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG 30 grade @ 4.50% of weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary including cost of (excluding seigniorage) charges of all materials etc., complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification No. 505 (5th Revision)

Providing and laying of Bituminous Concrete with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading – II as per Table 500-17 of specification 507 of MoRT&H (5th revision), premixed with Bituminous binder of VG 30 Grade @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification 507 (5th revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Manufacture as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of Manhole covers and Frames with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site but excluding all taxes.For HD 35mm with 560mm dia clear opening.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M15 Design Mix) using 275 Kgs Cement ,20 mm,10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Providing Gravel spreading in layers not more than 150 mm thick, sectioning to required camber and gradient, watering including cost and conveyance of all materials, water etc., to site, and other T&P etc., complete duly maintaining the required camber and gradient in the formation as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick includig reflectorsing glass beads @ 250gms with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applies glass bead as per IRC:35, the material should be of BERGER company BERGER equivalent / Equivalent brand and must comply with the following: a) white index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consingment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to repalce the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department) b) Luminanace factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c)Crack resistance: The applied danel cured for 7 days under amblent condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, part-1 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion: Strong E) Softening point:102 degree centrigrade F) Dried film finish: Smooth and uniform G) Night vision: High as directed by the Eingieer-in-Charge and confirming to IS"164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997 Taking out put 640 Sq.m

Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shanks Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280, type H complying to Specifications of Category A of by MoRT&H circular no RW/NH -33023/10-97 - DO III dated 11-6-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm with minimum reflective area of 13 sqm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/ - 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks ( of diameter not less than 19 +/-2 mm and height not less than 30+/-2 mm ) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. for type- XI

Carting away the surplus earth, cement concrete, brick and stone debris from the wor site with a lead of 2KM beyond initial lead incl. Loading, unloading and conveyance etc., complete as directed by dept. authorities as per APSS 38.2
