Collection and supply of 2.36mm to 5mm HBG Chipse/Quarry dust from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and spreading the same to irrespective thickness including sectioning, levelling ramming and watering etc. complete as per S.S. and as directed by the Site Engineer.

Providing Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, on all materials including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc. complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

VRCC M- 25 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work including centering, shuttering, cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer (For Raft )

RCC vertical walls of plane surface including open drains of 600mm size and above Note: The Centering charges for item No’s.3 & 4 are for both the faces of the respective numbers. The measurement of centering charges shall be in “Sqm” for one face only and the centering charges given are for two faces of centering including all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Carting away of excavated earth / debries to a lead of 2KM (the rate including conveyance charges, labour charges for loading, unloading charges) including ideal hire charges of truck etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities of the work.

Dewatering with 20 Hp (Diesel) motor from trench including Hire Charges of enginer motor pumpset and section pipes, fuel charges crew charges labour charges, operational, incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the site engineer

Dewatering with 5 Hp (Diesel) motor from trench including Hire Charges of enginer motor pumpset and section pipes, fuel charges crew charges labour charges, operational, incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the site engineer

Laying sand bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bags, sand, thread, stiching charges and labour charges with 1.3615% over head charges and contractor profit.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) Construction of granular sub-base by providing Quarry Rubbish / Surface Stone of Granite (CHATRU) spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 0-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 MORD.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen 80/100 grade (s-90) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Tech. specification No 503 MORTH.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 MORD. (using Three wheel 80-100 kN static roller)
