NA;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 10mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges,on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, Including centering, shuttering cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer (For 50mm thick Slabs)

NA;RCM facia 5cm thick in CM (1:3) for drop walls, fins with rabbit wire mesh & nominal reinforcement as directed by Engineer-in-charge with dubara sponge finishing, including cost & conveyance of all materials to site, and all operational & incidental charges, cost of cement, wire mesh, water to work site, centering, scaffolding and form work, lift charges etc.excluding seigniorage charges on all materials, , complete for finished items of work but excluding cost of steel & its fabrication charges, (APSS No.403 & 903) but excluding HYSD Steel/ Mild steel & Binding wire.etc complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials,conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., excluding seigniorage charges on all materials. Complete for finished item of work as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing Brick Masonry in CM (1:5) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class etc. complete Including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing Plastering with CM (1:3), 12mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site excluding seigniorage charges, on all materials, Including all operational, incidential charges on materials and cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

NA;Providing Plastering with CM (1:4), 12mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site excluding seigniorage charges on all materials, Including all operational, incidential charges on materials and cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

NA;Manufacturing, supply, delivery and fixing of M.S. Gate of different sizes with angulars and square rods including cost of all materials, conveyance to the work spot and all labour charges welding cutting, bending, painting with redoxide paint and all fabrication charges etc. complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

NA;Manufacture, supply and delivery of 100mm dia unplasticised PVCs pipes for potable water supplies confirming to IS: 4985/2000 (Third revision) with bell ends (Socket) as per specification in light grey / natural ivory grey / any other colour (except white) including cost and conveyance to work spot and fixing in postion etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats for New Iron Work of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911

NA;Exterior walls are painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls
