Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including steel and other taxes on all materials etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class etc. complete Including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Manufacturing, Supply, delivery and fixing of MS doors 1.20 x 2.10 Mtrs. size with 50x50x6mm size equal angular frame and 25x25x5mm size equal angular frame for shutters vertical and horizental posts 4 bays and fixing the 16guage C.R. sheet including cost of 1No. of aldrop and 3Nos. of tower bolts and hinges 6Nos. including all fabrication, welding charges and cost with all taxes of materials and conveyance to work spot and all labour charges and fixing in position with all accessories and painting with one coat of redoxide paint etc.complete as per SS and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Ceiling Plastering with CM (1:3), 12mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site excluding seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidential charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc,, complete for finished item of work excluding seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete Nominal Mix (1:2:4) using using 20mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Approaches etc. (for Mechanical Mixer)

Providing Flooring with ceramic tiles, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, excluding cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Supplying & Fixing Orissa Pan white glazed W.C 1st quality ISI marked conforming to IS:2556-Part-3-1981 with "P" or "S" trap Hindware/ Parryware/ Neycer - ISI Mark: 630 mm x 450 mm Including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Supply and delivery and fixing of 110 mm dia 1828.8 mm (6'-0") Single Socket PVC/SWR pipe - 4 Kg/sq.cm -Prince/ Sudhakar/ Kisan/ Supreme or any ISI Brand including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Interior walls are painted with Single coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for Internal walls
