NA;Providing Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, on all materials including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc. complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Code from standard suppliers approved by department including, pumping centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (Raft)

NA;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Carting away of excavated earth / debries to a lead of 3KM (the rate including conveyance charges, labour charges for loading, unloading charges) including ideal hire charges of truck etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities of the work.

NA;Providing Bailing out of Water by using motor and pumpsets including hire charges of Engine Motor and pumpset and section pipes and operating charges, helper wages, including Power charges and all operational and incidential charges etc. complete as directed by the site engineer. (5 HP Diesel)

NA;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH(CC Work )

NA;Cutting open C.C. Road surface with concrete saw cutter and removal with breaker including stacking to excavated materials for pipe line trench work.

NA;Providing Baricading, hoarding, lighting watching etc., for water supply and sewerage works for tenches of depths upto 6'-0" (2 meter) below G.L. etc., complete as per ssand as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing Ductile Iron Grills with a clear opening of 900 x 900mm suitable for a load upto 25MT etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing dust for filling the drain bed (stone dust finerthan 3mm with not more than 10% passing 0.075mm seive ) from approved source including cost and coneyance of all materials to work spot and labour charges for spreading, sectioning, watering, and ramming etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the department officer incharge of the work But excluding seignorage charges.

NA;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) Cement component not less than 400Kgs / cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.
