Supply and installation of open gym equipments in Durgapuram park;Sky Walker Double *Dimensions: 1700 mm (L) X 830 mm (W) X 1650 mm (H). Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of SKY WALKER with main frame shall be minimum of 80mm NB dia of thickness not less than 4.50mm & Handle pipes shall be minimum of 25mm NB dia of thickness not less than 3.60mm are of "C" class heavy grade of TATA/JINDAL make with hot dipped galvanised with minimum of 75 microns zinc dipped joint with robotic welded with Plastic/Rubber grips at handle grip hold. The handle pipes are hinged over 80NB main frame with the help of specially heavy duty bearings should be SKF make and press fitted for smooth rotation, and does not require re-lubrication i.e., maintenance - free ball bearing. Pins should be case hardened and centreless grinded finish for life long durability. The handle pipes shall be further extended to the 32mm NB dia on both sides. Paired rectangular tubes with four foot rests are linked to main frame. Foot rest shall be made of Aluminum material - LM26 grade. Total footrest structure is supported on base frame shall be made up of rectangular pipe of 48 X 48 X 2.9 mm and side frames shall be made up of 32mm NB dia GI Pipes. All pipes shall be uniformly powder coated with AkzoNobel up to minimum 100 microns thickness to avoid corrosion. All open ends of pipes, bearings, bushes and Base cover shall be of SS 304 grade Stainless Steel for safety against entrapment, corrosion & water resistant. The foundation pipe with anchoring shall be 750mm deep with minimum of 100mm NB dia supported with M.S. Angle 24 X 24 X 3.8mm. The instruction plate of size 150mm X 230mm of SS 304 grade Plate with 0.7mm thick shall be riveted on 5mm thick M.S. plate with "Kakinada Smart City" Corporation emblem and your company emblem at two sides facing to users with LASER printing. All Nuts, Bolts,Washers should be of SS 304 material. All products of equipment should be manufactured as per EN 16630 safety norms and to be produced proof of valid certificate conformity.
