Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Bed Preparation of Lawn Development : Dressing the surface to the desired shape, laying of 150mm (6'') thick of fine red soil coverd with a thin layer of 10mm thick sand, waterring rolling (Compacting to 5'' thickness by hand roller) includingthe cost ofred earth, sand and labour harges etc., for compete bed preparation and laying and ramming of lawn mats/ rolls in proper position on existing made bed by internal transportation from dumped place, including transporatation and waering etc., complete for finished item of work excludin cost of grass, fertilizers and chemicals etc.,
