Dismantling of existing damaged plastering surface with using necessary items including cost of all type of labour charges to site etc., complete as per SS (BMT-S.08)

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering (BLD-CSTN-2-13.C)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.(APSS No.126)

Providing Impervious coat to exposed RCC Roof Slab surface with C.M.(1:3) 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including charges all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junction of wall and slab etc, complete for finished item of work as per S.S.

Ceiling Plaster: Ornamental Plastering 12mm thick in two coats, first with 8mm thick in C.M (1:6) prop and second with 4mm thick in C.M (1:3) prop including cost and conveyance of all Material to site, Screening and mixing, laying finishing with sponge finish and watering, curing including all Labour charges ,hire and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work - 10 Sq.M.

Providing and applying wall putty of white cement or polymer or cement based of average 2 to 3 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, sand the surface, clean and wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife/muslin pad, air dry for 2-3 hours, sand with 180 and 320 No. emery paper for the surface preparation, ii) Primary coat with appropriate water based cement primar of Exterior gragde -2 of approved brand and iii) Painting to New Walls with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water based modified acrylic with silicon additive exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams per litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the department for External walls

Painting to the walls with 2 coats of Acrylicemulsion paint of exterior Grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) antain less than 50 Grams per liter of approved brand and shads including one coat of cement primer after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyaance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for External Walls.(Three Coats)

Providing Letter Writing of "యన్.టి.ఆర్ స్విమ్మింగ్ పూల్ " and other lettters at Portico including cost of all materials and all type of labour charges for writing and finishing of work in good condition to site etc; and work to be done under as Per instructions by the EA like Colour and Font Selection etc; Complete to work

Repairs and Improvements to Existing Stainless Steel Ladders in Swimming Pool with using necessary items including cost of all type of Charges to site etc; complete to work

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 3.00 Km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance but exclding stacking charges etc., complete.

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paint TWO Coats of approved quality colour & graded-I to Old Steel works after the surface are thoroughly cleaned & scrapped including primary coat item of work, cost & conveyance of all Material, Labour charges etc. as per S.S & as directed by the departmental authorities for finished item of work - 10 Sq.M.(Total Two Coats)

a) S& F Nominal Bore GI pipe Medium Grade properties & weight as per IS 1239ISI mark with GI fittings including the cost of pipe & its fittings & labour charges complete BMW-F.85

Labour Charges for Making of Ladder with using supply GI Pipe including cost of all type of Charges cutting, welding and fixing to site etc; complete to work
