Conveyance of excavated earth with an average lead of 2 KM including loading, unloading etc; complete as per 55 and also as per the directions of departmental authorities. Add extra for leads and lifts.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost,seignorage of all materials and including premixing the material with water at CIVIC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc.,as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per M0RT&H specification.406 (4th revision) for finished item of work.

Supply . Delivery, laying and jointing of high strength precast concrete blocks interlocking reflecting designer (Rubber Mould) 60mm for paving of M-40 grade and top 10mm thickness shall be for imported colour pigmentation with approved colours and white cement to get reflecting as per drawings and technical specifications as directed by departmental authorities

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M20 Design mix) using 343 Kgs Cement 20 mm,10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Providing and laying of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT&H Specification 505 (5th Revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG 30 grade @ 4.50% of weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary including cost of all materials etc., complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification No. 505 (5th revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS 1) (Bulk) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Tech. specification No 503 MORTH (5 th version) as directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Providing and laying of Bituminous Concrete with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per Table 500-17 of specification 507 of M0RT&H (5th revision), premixed with Bituminous binder of VG 30 Grade @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work laying with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification 507 (5th revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick including reflectorsing glass beads @ 250gms with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per IRC:35, the material should be of BERGER company /BERGER equivalent and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consingment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to repalce the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department) b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c) Crack resistance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, part-1 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion: Strong E) Softening point:102 degree centrigrade F) Dried film finish: Smooth and uniform G) Night vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS:164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997

Manufacturing, Supply, Delivery and fixing of M.S. Iron Gate , MS Grill using with M.S. Angulars, M.S. flats including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and fixing etc., , complete.as directed by the departmental authorities.

Supplying & fixing of Molded shanks raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a lead of 16000Kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280, type H complying to specifications of Category A of by M0RT&H circular no RW/NH - 33023/10-97 - DO Ill dated 11-6-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100mm with minimum reflective area of 13 sqm on each side and the slope to the bose shall be 35+!- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks (of diameter not less than 19+/-2mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from the body is to the a minimum value of 700 Kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the rood for the win shanks to go inside without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufactures recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer
