CC Road;Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBT(Trap) crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work. Excluding Seingorage Charges

CC Road;Filling with Gravel with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidation each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and concenveyance of all labour charges etc complete

CC Road;Construction of VCC M30, 20mm Graded metal un-reinforced, at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 / 53 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scared and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Note: Payment will be released only after satisfactory core results of the concrete strength for 28 days as per IS Code
