polyurethane flooring;Flooring with polished Tandur stone slabs of 18 to 20mm thick set over a base coat of CM (1:8) , 12mm thick using screened sand over already laid CC bed / RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kgs per sqm and jointed with neat cement to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, flooring stones etc. complete including all labour charges like dressing of flooring stones to the required size, mixing of cement mortar, laying, lift charges , cost of base coat, water charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply and apply of 2x2mm welded with alkaline resistant coated/ non-woven 40 Gsm verging fiber mesh MIXMAT GFM 50 or equivalent for a minimum overlap of 100mm embedded in the primer coat c ) Third Layer -Supply and apply of first coat of two component (Powder + Liquid) system of high performance acrylic polymer modified elastomeric cementitious waterproofing systemMIXGUARD AC or equivalent @ 1.000 Kg /SQM ( mix the powder and liquid with the help of a slow speed mixer for a period of 2 to 3minutesup to get a homogeneous mix dilution or modification not recommended)should be complain with BS1881Part51983(ISAT476 Part6), DIN1048Part51991, BSEN12390-82000, ASTM D 412-92 d ) Fourth Layer ?Supply and apply of second coat of two component (Powder + Liquid) system of high performance acrylic polymer modified elastomeric cementitious water proofing system MIXGUARDAC or equivalent @ 1.000 Kg / SQM ( mix the powder and liquid with the help of a slows peed mixer for a period of 2 to 3 minutes up to get a homogeneous mix- dilution or modification not recommended) should be complain with BS1881 Part51983(ISAT Sq.m 475 476 Part6),DIN1048Part51991,BSEN 12390-82000,ASTM D 412-92. including cost and conveyance of all materials all leads and lifts to the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.
