Construction of damaged compound wall;Construction of masonry in CM (1:6) using cement concrete bricks of size 290x225x140 mm manufactured with cement, sand, 6mm HBG chips and compressive strength not less than 35kg/cm2 hydraulic pressed and all other materials obtainable from approved sources to site of work construction of masonry, scaffolding, curing including all leads and lifts for water in all seasons etc. complete for finished item of work.Excluding seigniorage charges.

Construction of damaged compound wall;Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site,Including sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for Internal & Even faces of Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904) but Excluding seigniorage charges.

Construction of damaged compound wall;Painting to with 3 coats of Emulsion paint over base coat of cement primer of quality of approved brand and shade to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of brushes, water to site, etc., sales & other taxes, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for Walls.(APSS No. 912) in All Floors External Walls

Construction of damaged compound wall;VRCC corresponding to M20 grade design mix as per IS 456 using 6mm to 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite/Dolamite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as centering, shuttering, using Casurina Ballies,Bamboos,Wooden reapers,Runners,Woodposts,Wall Plates,SteelCentring plates ect; machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402, 403&903) For Foundation, plinth, pedestals (below plinth). The quantity of cement for M-20grade is taken as 350kgs. For estimate purpose Design mixes with cement content less than the approved/estimated cement contents, necessary recoveries shall be effected as per the review rates published by Board of Chief Engineers. However, no extra costs shall be allowed for the cement contents more than the cement contents adopted in estimates.But Excluding seigniorage

(APSS No.126) in all floors.
