Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Construction of un-reinforced, Plain Cement Concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not less than 25mm and cement content in the mix to be not less than 330 kg/cum (OPC) with minimum water cement ratio of 0.45, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates, including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed & plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints applying debonding strips, primer, bituminous sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.2.2 including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, hire charges of machines etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for CC pavement etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.

Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Contraction sawn joint groove (using diamond studded blades) 3 to 5mm wide and 1/4 to 1/3 depth of the slab+ or 5mm or as stipulated in the drawings and dowels bars complying with clause 602.6.5 of specifications for roads and bridge works ( third revision) published at New Delhi in 1995 by IRC on behalf of Government of India, Ministry of surface transport and as detailed in the drawings the contraction joint shall be cut neatly with straight line as soon as the concrete is undergone initial hardening and as hard enough to take the load of joint sawing machine without causing damage to the concrete. The joint sealing compound shall be of hot poured bitumen type having flexibility, resistance shall be in accordance with IS 1834-1984 wih all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.

Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Providing 12.7mm Mastic pads for expansion joints of approved quantity inlcuding cost, conveyance and placing in position etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.

Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Construction of Granular sub-base and foriming shoulders using gravel from approved borrow area including cost and conveyance of all materials, breaking clods, sectioning, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.

Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Providing shoulders using gravel from approved borrow area in layers of 25 to 30 cm before compaction including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as compacting to density control of not less than 90 percent or as stipulated using 2T roller etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.
