CIVIL WORKS;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 500grade as per IS 1786-1985) of 8mm to 40mm diameters, cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks, chairs, overlaps, spacers, dowels, wastage etc., and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and sales & other taxes,on cost of all materials complete for finished item of work (APSS No.126) in all floors.

CIVIL WORKS;Supply and placing of the M25 Design Mix Concrete with 20MSA corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges but, including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content of 380kgs /cum as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. SLABS 50mm THICK Slab (50mm Thick M25 Concrete)

CIVIL WORKS;Brick Masonry in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: using second class bricks from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. CIVIL WORKS;Providing impervious coat over RCC roof slab to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1Kg/bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, laying, rounding off at junctions of wall and slab, rendering smooth with thread lining, curing, lift charges, etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 903).

CIVIL WORKS;Flooring with chequered terrazo tiles of 30mm thick (dark shade) of size 0.305m x 0.305m set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6), 12 mm thick using screened sand over CC bed alredy laid or RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm and jointed with neat white cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

CIVIL WORKS;Supply and fixing of 110mm dia ISI mark PVC rain water spouts of 4 Kg/cm2 pressure including Cost of necessary pvc bends, shoes and M.S.clamps and all other accessories and fixing in position including cost and conveyance of all materials to site , seigniorage charges sales and other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour cahrges such as fixing in alignment etc., complete for finished item of work.(APSS No.1328) in All Floors

ROOFING DATA;Design, fabrication & supply of pre engineered roofing structure with 65 mm dia 2m thick M.S square pipe for columns, trusses madeup of 75x40 mm rectangular pipe, purlins madeup of 65x40 mm rectangular pipe and roofing with 0.5mm thick galvanized/pre painted profiled sheets fixed wit self tapping/drilling screws, painting with enamel paint for steel items & providing base plates, templates & anchor bolts along with civil foundation designs & drawings for the finished item of work.
