SCHEDULE I - Consumable items as listed in Annexure I of SCC. Rates of items under this Schedule are fixed by IOCL except if specifically stated in SCC.

SCHEDULE IV - Service charges to the bidder for providing catering, caretaking and housekeeping services for Dwarka Tirumala in West Godavari District for PHPL Project. The service charges includes Fly and Mosquito Repellent, Printing of Coupons/Bills/Format, silver foil and Cling film, Police verification of all Staff. Providing consumable items (as per Annexure I of SCC) in spread camp including sweeping, dusting, cleaning, mopping of floor, furniture, verandah, passages and other accessories in spread camp, laundering cost of house linen e.g.. bed sheet, towel, pillow cover, bed cover etc.to be washed and ironed, cost of shampooing upholster, salt and pepper, mobile phone expenses for supervisor and manager, mouth freshener, napkins, plastic bags for dustbins, dry cleaning of curtains, surface cleaning, detergent etc. and other material, record keeping, garbage removal, including service charges and other related services like extra manpower, extended hours etc. These services shall be provided by the contractor at Dwarka Tirumala in West Godavari District for PHPL Project. The percentage filled in by the bidder shall only change the rates under Schedule IV. The net total will be arrived after considering the percentage quoted by the bidder against the rates under Schedule IV and the fixed rates mentioned in Schedule I, II & III

Service charges to the bidder for Providing catering services at Dwarka Tirumala in West Godavari District for PHPL Project

Providing 2 number of manpower required for providing house-keeping services at Dwarka Tirumala in West Godavari District for PHPL Project comprising of 2 no of unskilled person (Sweeper & Attendent) considering Minimum wage as per central government, PF, EDLI, Administrative charges, ESI, Bonus etc.

SCHEDULE II - Uniform allowance for provoding uniform and for the medical check up of personnel employed as described in SCC. Rates for this item is fixed by IOCL except if specifically stated in SCC.
