DOOR SHUTTERS (Single leaf): - Providing and fixing of 32mm thick flush door Shutters (Jackson or approved equivalent make) Single leaf of any size; solid core of block board type bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin thermo-pressed with 8mm thick teak wood external lipping. The construction procedure of the shutter should be as per IS 2202. The shutter should be shop prepared for taking mortise lock or latches, lock block of wood may be provided for fixing the hard ware. The size of block, shall perfectly correspond to the maximum size of lock, covered in IS 2209. All the four edges of the door shutter shall be square. The shutter shall be free from twist or wrap in its plane and of required size Etc. complete as directed Rate shall be include for providing a glass vision panel of size 450 X 450 mm. The 32mm thick fully flush shutter with commercial ply on both sides finished with 1.5mm thick decorative shade laminate including providing an opening with teak wood lipping for fixing the glass vision panel. The door type and shade should match with the doors fixed in the existing faculty cabins in the same floor . Rate shall be including all the required necessary approved hardware / ironmongeries ( Yale/Dorset/Dorma) And all the necessary fixing accessories as shown in the approved shop drawing or as directed. , including cost of all materials, lead & lift, labour charges, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete. ROLLER BLIND: - Supplying. providing and fixing of Roller blinds of approved make, shade, texture with supporting frame work and assembly complete as per manufacturers specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer- in- charge including cost of all materials. Fixtures, tools & plants, lead & lift, Transport charges and incidental charges if any complete. MAKE : HUNTER DOUGHLAS /VISTA; MAKE OR EQUIVALENT

GLASS ETCHING: - Supplying, providing & Fixing glass etching with 3M or Equivalent brand frosted sticker for new faculty room glass with IIIT Logo as per the approved shop drawing and as instructed by the Engineer-in –charge complete including cost of material, lead, lift, Scaffolding, staging, labor charges as per the approval and instruction of the Enginner-in-charge Transport charges etc., complete.

PLYWOOD PANELING: - Providing and fixing 12mm thick plywood column paneling for the circular column’s as per latest IS codes exterior grade having one side lamination with 100 mm high skirting matching with the existing column paneling in the same floor including cost of all materials, labor charges., lead & lift, scaffolding / staging charges, transport charges and incidental charges if any complete. as directed by Engineer- In-Charge

FLOOR CHIPPING: - Cutting and chipping the existing kota stone flooring ( 150 mm wide and 150 depth ) and clearing away the debris as directed by the Engineer-in-charge to enable construction of 100mm block work partition wall, Including cost of tools & plants, labor charges, lead & lift, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete.

MASONARY WORK: - Supplying, providing and laying factory made precast concrete solid blocks of 100mm thickness of grade M10 from approved manufacturer with Cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement 5 course sand) Including cost of all materials, Cost of GI wall ties, lead & lift., labour charges, transport charges, curing charges, incidental charges if any complete.

INTERNAL FINISHERS: - Supplying, providing and finishing 15mm thickness cement plaster on both sides of the 100 mm thick block wall with cement mortar mix 1:4( 1 cement 4 Course sand) Including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead & lift, curing charges, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete.,

Skirting; Supplying, Providing and fixing 100 X 20 mm Kota stone skirting in the block masonry wall including cost of all materials, lead & lift, labour charges, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete.

GRANITE COPING: - Providing and laying of 200 mm wide, 20 mm thick Black granite coping with full round nosing on both sides at the top the 100mm brick wall matchi9ng with the existing coping in the same floor , with Cement mortar 1:4 ratio (1 cement 6 course sand)Including cost of all materials, lead & lift, labour charges, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete.,

PAINTING: - Supplying, providing and applying internal painting system over the new gypsum partition walls and new masonry walls ( 1 coat primer + 2 coat Putty + 2 coat of Emulsion paint ) , including cost of all materials, lead & lift, labour charges, tools & plants, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, providing and applying internal painting system over the old plastered walls ( 1 coat primer + 2 coat of Emulsion paint ) , including cost of all materials, cost of cleaning the walls, lead & lift, labor charges, tools & plants, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of 3Rx1.5 sq mm copper wire with suitable PVC conduct of approved make in partition wall including necessary junction boxes , bends , elbows etc, in surface/recess system as required the rate includes minor civil works such as chipping, plastering to make good finished surface to match with original surface and fixing materials and control with 5A switch and front plate accessories Including cost of all materials, lead & lift, labour charges, transport charges etc., complete.,
