Brick masonry for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: (Cement : Screened sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 35 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504). for Ground Floor.

Plastering 20mm thick in two coats using screened sand with base coat of 16mm thick in CM(1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM(1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work .(SS 901,903 & 904) for ground floor

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using screened sand with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904)

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. approved brand,of first grade over cement primary making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for internal walls.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. of approved brand and colour over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand,of first grade making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for External walls.

Flooring with Anti-skid granite(block) 18-20mm thick upto 2.43m(for stair case) (i.e. of shades like paradiso / bala flower / copper silk / laka red / lavender blue) with borders and design as per the pattern approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of length not less than 2.43 mts set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) , 20mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kg per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement , sand , water , granite slabs etc., to work site and all operational, incidental labour & lift charges, half rounding the edges of treads , polishing charges and seigniorage charges and all other taxes on all materials, cost of base coat and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work (S.S.701 & special)

Providing cladding to walls with Galxy Granite 18-20 mm thick upto 2.43m (Premium Quality) (2.43 M) other than black and regular colours, length equal to flooring stones set over base coat of CM(1:5) 12 mm thick using screened sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete excluding seigniorage charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of door shutters made of rigid PVC extruded hollow section of 20mm X 200 mm with the wall thickness of 1.0mm +/- 0.1mm equally divided into 4 no's with tongue and groove locking arrangements. The shutter frame is made of 30mm X 79mm with the wall thickness of 1.5mm +/-0.15mm section mitre-cut and joined at 4 corners with 125mm X 225mm plastic brackets. The shutter shall be horizontally reinforced with 2 no's of 8mm PVC rods. Teak wood batons shall be reinforced inside the door shutter during the fabrication of the door shutter at those points wherever the hardware is fixed onto the door shutter. and Providing and fixing factory made Pac single side Prelam door frame of the size 50X47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid Pac single side prelam sheet, meter cut at two corners and joined with 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 1515mm MS.Square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19X19mm MS. square tube of 19guage. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS. Screws through the frame by using Pac fasteners. a minimum of 4nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of Size 300 mm x 300mm and thickness between 7-8 mm and 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts1to15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs 7.30mm thick , 1st quality and of size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kgs per Sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand , water and tiles etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No.701 & 707)

Providing dadooing to walls with Supply of screen printed glazed full body porcelain wall tiles of size 300 x600 mm with any type of design texturesuch as marble finish, wooden,bamboo,stone finishes etc.,scratch less,stainfree and thickness between 6-8 mm 1stquality conforming to IS:13711,IS:13712,IS:13630 (Parts1to15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs as approved by the Engineer-in-charge set over base coat of CM(1:3) 12 mm thick using screened sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete excluding seigniorage charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Fabricating , supplying , erecting and fixing in position MS tubular steel trusses and roof frame work as per drawing enclosed with hot finished seamless type steel tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 , consisting of principal rafters, struts, ties, purlins, wind barcers, cleats, holding down bolts, base please etc., complete , painted with one coat of zinc oxide including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, lbour charges etc., complete for finished item of work. Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Gr-II having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre to old iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors. (SS No. 1201, 1212 & 1207).

Roofing with corrugated G.I sheets 0.80mm thick fixed with G.I ‘J’ bolts & nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen & G.I limpet washers filled with white lead & including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (up to a pitch of 600) and excluding seigniorage charges, etc., complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , overheads and contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.
