Water proofing treatment for slabs a) Chipping of the existing screed on top of the slab & on sunshades to get original concrete surface. b) Drilling holes upto 12mm dia by mechanical means and pvc nozziles shall be fixed. The nozzle top shall be opened and fixed to the grout pump.A grout slurry of cement,water and expanding grout admixture (Cebex 100, 250 gms per bag of cement) injected grout material from adjacent nozzle of intake, c) Crack Treatment: If there any cracks in slab, cleaning the surface of the concrete by filling PU sealant etc; d) Dismantling the existing old plastered walls aftee that apply BRASH BOND RFX coating,plastering to even surface of walls with 6" height and 20mm thick finished with motor, e) Surface treatment: Cleaning the surface of the concrete by means of wire brush to remove all loose dust,debris etc after that apply BRASH BOND RFX coating. It is an elastomeric modified acrylic water proofing membrane, apply two coats BRASH BOND RFX over dry flooring with cement and baby chips mortor thickness 50mm to 100mm mainaining slope for water flow.(Do 100% curing for atleast fifteen days)
